  • All information collected from users* without an account, but this is not assigned to the account unless there is a suspected breach of the terms of use.
  • Username, organizational affiliation, status: publicly visible if applicable

  • Password: Is not stored in plain text
  • Optional information: e.g. preferred language
  • Content created by you, such as job advertisements

Basis of data processing

The information we collect from you is used as follows

  • Platform functionality: In order for us to operate the platform, we need to store, for example, the placement ads you have created
  • Moderation: The platform is intended to help people and animals. We must therefore be able to take action against abuse, for example by saving reports or sending e-mails regarding moderation actions
  • Help with debugging and for the provision of a functioning service
  • Information security

Measures for data security

We implement a number of technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your data. This includes ensuring that you can only use this application via an encrypted data connection (HTTPS) and that your password is not stored in plain text

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data stored by us at any time. We will also delete all your data stored with us on request. To do so, please use the contact details provided in the legal notice. We reserve the right to delete your account and the associated data immediately and irrevocably in the event of a breach of the terms of use.

Data transfer

The servers are provided and operated on behalf of uberspace, strato or hetzner. A contract for commissioned data processing is in place. Any backups are stored on computers/data carriers of the person named in the legal notice. Storage by third parties is also possible, in which case there is a contract for commissioned data processing.
